How we work

Our process is catered to the particular needs of each client, but the general script we stick to is as follows:

Initial conversations

In the earliest stages we help the client flesh-out his or her project. This includes organizing the site's various sections, short-term and long-term goals and other technical & tactical considerations. Once this step is complete, a price and timeframe can be set.

Ongoing project management

Depending on the nature of the project we either set periodic check-in dates where the client can view the progress so far or we setup a project management area where the client can login and contribute as needed. Throughout the development process we keep in touch with the client to assure no mass overhauls or changes will need to be made after launch.

Testing phase

Once the project has neared completion, we undergo a thorough testing process alongside the client to make sure everything is working the way it should. Oftentimes this can be the longest part of the process as potential-bugs are uncovered and subsequently fixed.

Deployment phase

Once the site has gone live we continue to check-in on it as well as with the client to make sure everything is running smoothly. There is a generally a one to two week grace period to change things around on the site before additional work is considered a "new" project for that client.
